0.74 update

Made some changes to the way defense works in combat. This also caused changes to basically everything that references the "dodge" roll as I was removing it. Added some layout changes and made some tentative design choices about tables to test readability. The work continues. 

I will be mostly away from the internet for the next couple of days while on vacation but when I get back it will be full steam ahead.
