0.9 update!

Updated to v0.9! Added a bunch of readability changes, indexes, and hyperlinks. Still have to finish the front and back page reference material, fix items and inventory to look a lot better and look good enough to use as papercraft rather than just the screenshots from the app, and add the final section on mercenary companies: creating, building, and using your company type stuff. Full speed ahead!
